Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before enrollment

Last updated: 10 Sep 2026

All fees paid to Shishu Vikas Yojana — including the agency/partner activation fee and the student enrollment fee — are strictly non-refundable. Any payment made to an account other than the official account of A3N IT Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be the responsibility of A3N IT Services Pvt. Ltd.

1. About the Scheme

Shishu Vikas Yojana (SVY) is a private, CSR-sponsored child welfare initiative operated by A3N IT Services Pvt. Ltd. It is not a Government of India scheme and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any Central or State Government department. SVY is a welfare support programme and is not an investment, deposit or savings product — no interest, return, maturity value or profit of any kind is offered or guaranteed.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Membership is open to children as per the age criteria published for each plan.
  • Enrollment of a child below 18 years must be done by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms they are authorised to give consent on the child's behalf.
  • KYC and document verification is mandatory. Membership is activated only after successful verification.
  • Membership and benefits are valid only for the registered student and are non-transferable.

3. Fees — Non-Refundable

  • The agency / partner activation fee and the student enrollment (plan) fee are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable once paid, under all circumstances — including cancellation, discontinuation, change of mind, non-usage of benefits, or termination of membership by either party.
  • Fees are collected towards activation, administration, verification and arrangement of benefits and are fully utilised at the time of enrollment. They do not constitute a deposit or advance.
  • Where an amount is debited but the membership is not activated, or a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error, the transaction is reconciled with the payment gateway/bank and the unapplied amount is reversed. This is a transaction reversal and not a refund of the fee.
  • Fees must be paid only through official SVY payment channels. Payments to any personal bank account, UPI ID, wallet or unauthorised person are at the payer's own risk and cannot be recovered from SVY.

4. Benefits

  • All covers, grants and scholarship amounts published are indicative maximum limits and are subject to plan terms, successful verification, eligibility conditions and the applicable claim process.
  • Where a benefit is insurance-linked, it is provided through arrangements with third-party insurance providers and is governed entirely by the terms, exclusions, waiting periods and claim procedures of the respective policy. SVY facilitates the process and is not the insurer.
  • Benefit disbursal timelines may vary depending on verification and third-party processing.

5. Conduct of Agencies & Partners

  • No agent, partner or representative is authorised to collect any amount above the published fee, or to make any promise beyond the published benefits.
  • Agencies must inform every student/parent that fees are non-refundable before collecting any payment.
  • Misconduct, fraud, mis-selling or breach of guidelines may result in termination of the partnership and legal action, without refund of any fee.

6. Cancellation & Termination

SVY may cancel or suspend a membership where eligibility conditions are not met, documents cannot be verified, or where there is fraud, misuse, submission of false information or breach of these terms. No refund of any fee is payable on such cancellation. Submission of false or forged documents may also attract action under applicable law.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data and documents collected during enrollment are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Children's data is processed only with verifiable parental/guardian consent, and is used solely for scheme administration, verification, benefit disbursal and statutory compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVY's aggregate liability in relation to a membership shall not exceed the fee paid for that membership. SVY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for rejection of a claim by a third-party insurer in accordance with its policy terms. SVY is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The SVY name, logo, content and portal are the property of A3N IT Services Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised use, copying or imitation — including fake websites, applications or social media pages — is prohibited and will be acted upon.

10. Changes & Governing Law

SVY reserves the right to modify plans, benefits, fees or these terms at any time. Material changes will be published on the official website, which is the only authentic source of information. These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi. In case of any discrepancy between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
